Hi I have a table with fields like this

ID User Pass Email Balance

I would like another table to keep track the transactions by the specific user with fields below like this:

User amount transferred reason for transfer Balance Date of action

Now how do I combine the two? Please help, do I do it with the ID? or is it something else, please help
